REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KIT NOIRE, our garments are produced exclusively based on user allocation and individual order triggers. Because each piece is custom-made to order, our return guidelines are strict.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited and artisanal nature of the World Cup capsules, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selection. Please reference the sizing charts provided on the archive screens carefully before finalizing your selection.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GARMENTS

In the rare event that a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing flaw, we will issue a complete replacement or a full refund. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic proof of the defect to support@kitnoire.com.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production queues immediately following our local clearance cycle. Once an order status is marked as processing, it cannot be canceled or altered.
